Terms of service
Last updated September 28, 2026.
These terms cover use of the Keytray browser extension and these pages. By installing the extension or connecting a Google account to it, you agree to these terms and to the privacy policy.
The software
Keytray reads verification codes and sign-in links from Gmail accounts you connect. It can show, copy, or fill those codes. It opens a verification or sign-in link only when you choose that. It is an independent project. It is not made by, endorsed by, or affiliated with Google. Gmail is a trademark of Google LLC.
The source license is the LICENSE file in the repository. You may use, copy, modify, and share the extension, including a personal build with the purchase code removed. You may not sell it, charge for a copy, or profit from it.
Your Google account
You may connect only Google accounts you are allowed to use. You authorize the extension to read mail in those accounts with the Gmail readonly scope, as described in the privacy policy. You can disconnect an account in the extension and revoke access in your Google Account at any time.
Google may show an unverified-app or consent screen. That screen is Google's. You are responsible for reviewing the permissions before you continue.
Extra accounts
One Gmail account is free. More accounts require a one-time purchase through ExtensionPay and Stripe. The purchase unlocks extra accounts for that ExtensionPay login, including after you reinstall, when you sign in again. The extension does not process card numbers. Refunds are handled by ExtensionPay and Stripe.
How you use codes and links
Verification codes are secrets for the accounts that sent them. You are responsible for where they are filled or pasted. Auto-fill types into a field the extension detects. Submitting a form after a fill is off unless you turn it on. A wrong or unexpected submission can lock an account or complete an action you did not intend. Turn that option on only if you accept that risk.
A verification or sign-in URL is also a secret. Opening it can sign you in or use up the link. The extension stores that URL on this device and opens it only when you press Open link or click its notification. It does not open the link on its own.
Acceptable use
You will not use the extension to:
- Access a mailbox without the account holder's permission.
- Interfere with Google's services or evade their access controls.
- Sell the extension, charge for a copy, or include it in something you charge for.
No warranty
The extension and these pages are provided as is, without warranty of any kind, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Code and link detection can miss a message or match the wrong value. The extension may stop working if Google changes an API, if a token cannot be refreshed, or if you revoke access.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or account access, arising from your use of the extension or these pages. If liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the extra-account unlock.
These pages
These pages describe the extension, the privacy policy, and these terms. They are static files on mehdimamas.dev. They do not set cookies and they do not run analytics.
Changes and ending use
These terms may be updated by posting a new version on this page. The new date at the top is the effective date. You can stop using the extension at any time by removing connected accounts and uninstalling it.
